A Golden Key

This week appears to be pretty promising. On Friday, I got a letter from RMIT University informing me of my outstanding performance and that I am amongst the top 15% this year. I should have been extremely excited but I somehow I wasn't. Its weird, but I no longer feel that coming top 15% is a big achievement. Its not like I am the top student. Nevertheless, the good thing was that all my family, friends and beloved partner were very proud and this made my day. Later that week, on Monday, I called my mobile service provider to understand the amount they charged me. Fair enough, they had charged me on a pro-rata basis that complicates the whole bill but thats alright. At least they didn't charge me extra. After sorting out my bill, I advised them of the poor reception I am getting, despite the fact that I live in the heart (corner of the heart) of Melbourne City. They were very nice and generous I must say. The call concluded with them offering me an iPhone 4 in a new contract. Walaou!
