My lovely Saturday
Thanks to the character Barney from How I Met Your Mother, I decided to get back to the blog I abandoned a long time ago. And you know what I realised? I miss blogging. Now I wouldnt promise that I would blog regularly again, yet sure intend to.
Last week has been... fast. I had a friend come from Singapore. I took him to places I knew but never visited. I felt more of a tourist than he did. I dont know about him, but I had a lovely time at the Melbourne Aquarium, the famous Crown Casino, Federation Square, the polish festival at federation, coffee at Michelles, RMIT University and a nice lunch at this Singaporean restaurant in Melbourne Central. All of this was done in around 4 hours. It was a bit of a rush, but I aint going to bore you with the details of how I did not realise I had an engagement party to attend.
Other than that, my week at work was very good. Made a few sales and hopefully some commission. One of the customers I spoke to, actually sent me an email this week to say hi. Its nice to know that there are people in this world who would make an effort to send an email to a sales person.
As for today, so far it has been a pleasant saturday. I woke up, washed the clothes, went to coles to get some groceries, made a nice english breakfast, now going to clean the house and then start working on my clients project. It is rather different from how I would normally spend my weekend at a friends place either playing boardgames, watching a movie or killing time.
