My first successful experiment
Ever since I found out how to use my oven, I have been very excited wanting to learn how to bake.
Today I tried baking home-made bread at home. I was extremely proud of the outcome. The bread was perfect. Its smells good, crispy from the top and soft inside. This is one of those very rare moments, when I try making something for the first time and it turns out PERFECT.

Many folks have told me it would me a long while to become a "good" cook. But somehow, the urge of learning to cook well doesn't convince me that i'd take very long. I have started developing flavours without even having a taste of the ingredient. I smell what is being cooked and that tells me what is missing. I hope I can learn how to make everything and anything without the need of referring to recipes. I want to make my own cookbook someday.
Oh well, I am thinking beyond time.. then again, i believe that its good to think ahead. This is the start of my success but i look upon it as a motivation. You must be surprised how baking a bread can make a person that ambitious. Do ask me.. I am surprised but feel real good.
